THE SPEAKERS:

Jennifer Erickson, ASP, is a Field Safety Associate and LMS Lead. She is responsible for implementing and overseeing the OECS Learning Management System (LMS) while providing safety services to clients throughout North Dakota and Minnesota. She has worked within the construction industry for 12 years, with both residential and commercial construction. Jennifer has her ASP through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction Fargo-Moorhead Chapter. She currently serves as Treasurer of the chapter and the regional chair for the Safety and OSHA Alliance Committee.

Kelli Chromey, Ph.D., is an e-Learning Developer and LMS Coordinator for OECS. In her coordinator role, she assists clients by providing reports, managing LMS users and answering client questions regarding LMS. In addition to her coordinator position, she creates e-Learning for many different safety topics which offers a more interactive and engaging learning opportunity.
