ABOUT THIS WEBINAR

Do you struggle with the effectiveness of online training? Or making up a session for an employee who misses training? Do you have a need for Spanish content? How efficient is your new hire training?

Training on Demand by OECS can give you a foundation for making safety a standard operating procedure. This convenient virtual offering ensures that all employees are trained properly on essential topics. Safety training that’s interactive and engaging has proven to be more effective. Our clients have requested a solution for dull online content. We responded by delivering engaging, interactive and effective online training.

Having an effective virtual learning platform can reduce the stress of trying to make up training sessions for absent employees. Other benefits are that training can be delivered in Spanish and new hire training can easily be accomplished.

in this free Webinar we will:

  • Discuss what is a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Explore OECS virtual training solutions
  • Talk about managing HR forms & company memos
  • View reporting & completion status
  • Show how easy training recordkeeping can be
