About this Webinar

Decades in the safety business have shown us that most companies are NOT PREPARED for an OSHA inspection. Amidst the challenges of keeping workers safe, increasing regulatory compliance has added another layer of complexity to managing safety in the workplace.

OSHA is continually increasing the number of compliance safety and health officers, leading to a record number of inspections at all types of workplaces.

What if a compliance officer visits your workplace? Are you prepared? Inspections can happen at any time with no warning.

This free webinar will help you be better prepared and knowledgeable for an OSHA inspection.

In this FREE webinar, you will:

-Understand the process of an OSHA inspection.
-Explain the difference between programmed, complaint, referral, Special Emphasis and fatality/incident inspections.
-Learn how to create a safety plan to be properly prepared.
-Identify what to communicate to your leadership team and key employees.
-Review recent MN OSHA penalty increases.
-Q & A.
