ABout this webinar

Decades in the safety business have shown us that most companies are NOT PREPARED for an OSHA inspection.  Preparing for an OSHA inspection is a crucial aspect of maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

OSHA is continually increasing the number programmed and targeted inspections. By performing these inspections, OSHA aims to enforce safety standards, ensure workplace safety and protect workers from hazards that could cause harm. What if a compliance officer visits your workplace or jobsite? Are you prepared? By proactively preparing for an OSHA inspection, employers can not only demonstrate their commitment to safety but also reduce the likelihood of citations and penalties, ensuring a smoother inspection process and a safer workplace for all.

In this FREE webinar, you will be able to:

  • Understand the process of an OSHA inspection.
  • Explain the difference between programmed, targeted,  complaint, referral, special emphasis and fatality/incident inspections.
  • Create a plan to be properly prepared.
  • Identify what to communicate to your leadership team and key employees.
  • Interpret the OSHA citation and penalty chart.
