The Speakers
Tim O’Conner,Tim is a Regional Director for the Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin Region. Tim is knowledgeable in General Industry, Construction and Mining safety and is a Workplace Violence Prevention Specialist. He has more than 28 years of progressive safety experience in program writing, job hazard analysis, hazard mitigation, hazardous materials handling and on-site field safety implementation. He has developed processes, procedures and implementation for building strong safety cultures for his clients. Tim is proficient in writing and reviewing ISNet programs and has more than 500 submitted and approved programs for numerous clients. Prior to OECS, he retired from the U.S. Army, completing 24 years of honorable service.
Ari Cook Ari is a Field Safety Lead in the Dakotas Region. He is responsible for growing the market and providing services to clients throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota. He has served as a Safety Director for companies in Minnesota prior to joining OECS. Ari has 8 years’ experience as a Train the Trainer for scissor lifts, aerial lifts and forklift certification. He has completed his Toastmasters Competent Communicator.
