Within this program, we’ve created four unique awards that recognize twelve OECS clients who have gone above and beyond to make their teams safer.

The OECS Safety Pinnacle Award recognizes clients who have implemented and executed their OECS Safety Action Plan and achieved most of their goals. As a result, they have made steady progress in strengthening their safety culture.

The OECS Safety Spotlight Award utilizes the criteria outlined within the Safety Pinnacle Award, recognizing companies that made tremendous progress from the previous year. “Most improved” is another way to see what this award signifies.

The OECS Safety Champion Award goes to a key partner within the company who works with OECS and demonstrates a serious passion for safety. These individuals go above and beyond for their company in safety. They’ve also helped their organization achieve several of its safety goals over the years.
This safety award intended to recognize an individual or safety team performed over multiple years.

The OECS Safety Teamwork Award goes to the company with a Safety Committee that follows OSHA guidance in establishing, running and evolving their company’s Safety Committee.
Qualifications for this safety award include having the right mix of employees, holding regular meetings, organizing and completing initiatives timely and ultimately improving the safety metrics and culture.
