About this Webinar

Since the 1960’s, the United States has passed and amended environmental statutes for the purpose of protecting human health and the environment. This movement has resulted in vast Federal and State regulatory infrastructure, leading to the need for TODAY’S BUSINESSES to manage how their operations impact ENVIRONMENTAL and INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE.

This free webinar will provide you with an historical perspective as well as practical recommendations to the compliance requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and a simplified overview of current Industrial Hygiene
regulations.

Questions we will address include:

  • Do we need a stormwater permit?
  • Is my waste SOLID or HAZARDOUS, and how do
    we dispose of it?
  • How do we know if we are generating air
contaminates that impact our people and/or the
    environment.
  • Q & A with a Certified Industrial Hygienist.

Please join us for a solid understanding of the basics of Environmental and Industrial Hygiene!
