The Speakers
Donna Hetland, CSP
Regional Industrial Hygiene Lead
Donna, CSP, is the IH Lead for the Dakotas Region, responsible for conducting industrial hygiene projects and providing health and safety services to clients throughout North Dakota and Western Minnesota. She has 23 years of education and is CSP certified through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Donna has been a safety professional for over 20 years and has clients in agriculture, construction and general industry.
Chris Rogge
Field Safety Associate
Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and is passionate about safety. Before joining OECS, Chris was a 32+ year member of the MN Air National Guard in the Maintenance and Logistics career fields. Prior to that, he worked in the Safety and Risk Management departments at Best Buy. He also worked for Northwest Airlines in their Safety, Health and Environmental Management department. Chris is an authorized American Red Cross instructor. He earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial Safety & Hygiene from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
